Legend has it that Flavor Anonymous started as a revolt to the way the food industry is currently run.  No one knows who started it really, or who runs it, only that it was an idea whose time had come. 

 

The members of FA come from all walks of life.  They are chefs, authors, pitmasters, sauce and rub makers, restaurateurs, and ghostwriters who love creating, but all agree it's time for a shakeup to the way things are done. 

 

FA is the whisper on the wind that is creating change at the ground level.  We are the ones who grind it out every day in hot kitchens that you never see.  We are the ones that everyone counts on, but the customer probably never sees.     
 

Are you one of the anonymous?  If you've never worked 20 plus hours in a day for the love of food, you probably aren't.  If you are one of the faceless many who help drive the food industry from the inside, while others get the credit, you probably are.
